Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All product images on OxAudio.lk represent the actual product you will receive. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but product specifications remain the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is completed, a sales receipt will be sent to your registered email address. You can also view and download your receipt by logging into My Account → Orders on our website.

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Most out-of-stock items are restocked regularly. You can check back later or contact our customer support for restock updates.
